# Return & Refund Policy

## 30-Day Return Window

We want you to feel confident in your Pickle Armor system. You may request a return within **30 days** of the delivery date.

## Product Condition

Returned items must be in their **original condition**: clean, undamaged, and with all included components and packaging. We cannot accept returns of items showing excessive wear, odor, or damage from misuse.

## How to Start a Return

1. Email Email us (picklearmor77@gmail.com) (picklearmor77@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

## Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

## Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or was shipped in error. Original shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service - we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.
